Openstack stop working after hosts reboot

One thing you could try is restarting the landscape services manually:

juju ssh landscape/0
juju run --service landscape,landscape-msg 'sudo lsctl restart'

Another thing to try is reconfiguring neutron networks from within the
landscape ui. It could be since you switched
networks that landscape has incorrect networking information
