Add node to ubuntu openstack

Hi, I believe the answer is that it's not easy to do in the current beta
release of the Autopilot, but it is being worked on.

There is almost certainly a workaround, involving direct access to the juju
environment that Autopilot sets up for you, but I don't know what those
details are.

For a more authoritative answer, I'd suggest asking this question on ask
ubuntu, with the landscape and openstack-autopilot tags.
The relevant teams are notified of new questions with those tags.
