Trouble with openstack-install 0.99.23 in Ubuntu 14.04 and Linux Mint 17.2 using single workstation

Hey Tim,

Im not entirely sure about the Mint issue, the previous issue, however,
looks like the installer failed to talk to the Juju state server.  What
version of Juju do you have installed?
