Issue with OpenStack Installation & Simplestreams Image Sync

Hi, I'm trying to use the Single Installer found here:
http://openstack.astokes.org/guides/single-install. But the install
keeps getting stuck at [INFO: 09-21 16:27:31, core.py:574] Checking
availability of glance-simplestreams-sync:pending. The terminal shows:

It should be noted that I am on Ubuntu 15.04 and every other node
started successfully. Help?
