Issue with OpenStack Installation & Simplestreams Image Sync

Mike and others helped me out with this very issue last month. Below is the
last message in that thread in which you can see that for me the fix for
glance simplestreams was to be using openstack-installer/juju from a
trusty-based system. Originally, I was deploying from my vivid-based MAAS
host. I eventually created a KVM on the vivd MAAS host and deployed trusty
to it (via MAAS). From that VM I do all openstack-installer/juju work,
which solved my simplestreams issues.
