Hi,

I know Ubuntu has very good configuration and deployment tools of MAAS,
JUJU and autopilot, it is fantastic, but all I want is to learn openstack
in depth and to install openstack in Ubuntu 14.04 manually.

I want to install openstack in Ubuntu 14.04 in an one rack bare metal
commodity hardware using openstack latest version (if installation guide
for mitake is not available, liberty should be fine), ceph for both volume
storage ceph and object storage (swift API or using swift object storage),
Neutron network. My question is, is there a simple document for ubuntu
openstack manual installation guide available?

Correct me if I am wrong, I don't think
https://github.com/Ubuntu-Solutions-Engineering/openstack-installer can be
used for my purpose, I am not clear if
http://docs.openstack.org/liberty/install-guide-ubuntu is a completed
document for manual installation?

By the way, appreciate any advice for the hardware as I am purchasing the
one rack hardware from dell at the moment/ I believe at least three low end
1U box (Intel E5) for controller node, network node and computer node
respectively.

Thank you and appreciate.

Kind regards,

- bing
