Verification done for trusty: I've used shim-signed 1.32~14.04.2. The
correct shim is installed and it behaves correctly with firmware updates
and other BootEntries requiring extra options. I used a new bootentry to
boot straight to mmx64.efi (MokManager), which worked correctly.
