[Ubuntu-PH] What's up peeps?

Does anyone know people from the newspapers? I guess the best way to
highlight this problem is through them. In this country the government
does not work unless they are under media scrutiny.

If so, then why was I able to get those CDs from my local post office at
the price of 30 pesos?  So sorry to say this, but we have yet another
enterprising government official again...
