[Ubuntu-PH] Minutes of Meeting 1 (26 Oct 2005)

Hi all,

The minutes of meeting 1 last October 26, 2005 is now available[1] in the wiki.

Four TeamGoals[2] were discussed and agreed up in this meeting.  They are:
1. Spread GNU/Linux and FOSS in the Philippines using Ubuntu
2. Translate Ubuntu to Languages in the Philippines
3. Document Ubuntu Usage Patterns in the Philippines, and Provide
Solutions and Support Thereof
4. Work with Other Communities in the Philippines

Discussion on http://ubuntu-ph.org , which was in the agenda of
meeting 1, was not discussed due to time constraints, and has been
pushed to NextMeeting[3].

NextMeeting is currently scheduled on November 2, 2005 20:00 PHT at
#ubuntu-ph, irc.freenode.net.

I would like to thank all those who participated in the meeting.  The
meeting was very long (~4 hours), and it was nice to see people
dedicate a portion of their time to help shape this Local Community
Team :)
