[Ubuntu-PH] kopete inquiry

Hi,

I have tried to use Kopete. And it said that it needs KDE3.5 to run its 
webcam functionality through a Send Webcam button at the File Menu. 
Unfortunately, after installing and run my KDE3.5 I did not see any 
Send Webcam button, it is still the Request Webcam that I have found. 
In addition, nakapag view na rin ako ng webcam with my buddies pero 
gusto ko ma broadcast ko rin yung akin...para makita rin nila ako.
