[Ubuntu-PH] Upgrade Problem

Thanks for all those who tried to help me with the upgrade to Ubuntu 7.04 but it seemed that the problem was really bad that I just finalkly decided to remove the old Ubuntu and install the latest. Thanks anyway.

i usually get this error if
1. i did *not run as root
2. i can *not wait for another apt-get to finish :)

recomm/hints:
1. make sure you're running only one instance of apt-get update/instail/upgrade
2. run as root, otherwise apt-get will complain :)
a. "sudo " will do
b. "sudo -i" if you're tired with a) above
