[Ubuntu-PH] Cebu to host open source conference in 2008

Once this will be finalized, I'm hoping to be able to attend this.

I'm just hoping the Cagayan de Oro guys will be able to pick things up
together and organize. CDO also has got the skills. It's the organization of
these skills that need to be worked on.
