[Ubuntu-PH] CD dist upgrade

1. be sure to update your existing system to all current updates.
2. you should have the ubuntu gutsy alternate cd to be use for the upgrade
3. follow suggestion below. Uncomment all repos except the CD.
4. apt-get update; apt-get upgrade.
Done this a couple of times. without problems. then of course, since
all gutsy programs will have their own updates already, you may have
to download still a large update.

Nobody knows who will win this fight, because the outcome depends on
you and the readers. Will you fight for freedom? Will you reject
Windows and MacOS and other non-free software, and switch to
