It shouldn't be a big-budgeted event - just a gathering of like-minds
is actually a good start so there is still time :-)

The important thing here is to band together and show the rest of the
world that there is a place in Cagayan de Oro that are also ardent
supporters/enthusiasts/developers of F/OSS.
