[Ubuntu-PH] console concern

IMOO, ther console/terminal is integral to the well-being of the system. We
have to remember that the GUI is just an "accessory" compared to the
console. If you are using Ubuntu, you can perform updates using Synaptic
(Kynaptic on Kubuntu). I believe Synaptic or Automatix is straightforward
enough to use.
