[Ubuntu-PH] Site Theme

Please be informed that I'm currently working on the ubuntu07 theme to reflect 
the changes made at http://ubuntu.com/. The sandbox is located at 
http://ubuntu-ph.knightlust.com/ and the original (I haven't committed any 
changes yet) theme is located at svn://knightlust.com/ubuntu07. Template logs 
can be found at http://ubuntu-ph.org/wiki/SiteManagement/TemplateUpdates.

I would also like to ask for any suggestions regarding the theme. And if you'd 
like to help me out, please contact me so I can arrange commit access to the 
svn repository.
