Very interesting :-)
Our organization might be interested with this.
I am part of a Non-Profit organization called CLAY ( Computer Literacy
Advocates for the Youth ), and we conduct seminars on teaching Filipino kids
on basic computer know-how. So far, we have been focused only on MS office (
since we felt that teaching that would be more beneficial to them because
that's what they will most likely encounter ).
But your concept is interesting. I will bring this up with CLAY as well and
see there reactions to it.
Just a few basic questions though:
1.) Where is Bagong Pag-asa Elementary School located?
2.) Is there a computer lab / shop within the vicinity ( that we can use ) ?
3.) How many kids are there and what are their age range?
4.) When do you plan to do this?
....and if you have any questions about CLAY or anything, please feel free
to ask :-)
Thanks,
Franz
