Automat przetłumaczył tak:

Podczas korzystania z WAP APN, to ruch idzie przez sieć
operatora (przewoźnika) bramki WAP.

Bramki WAP i często zmieniać danych "w locie" (HTTP
nagłówki, nawet rzeczywiste HTML, zdjęcia, pliki audio itp.) i może
również ograniczenia, które adresy DNS, adresy IP lub
portów i protokołów w ogóle, jakie typy zawartości mogą
przez.

Z APN Internet, operatorzy zwykle nie nakładają takiego
ograniczenia (i ruch nie przejść przez bramę WAP).

Spróbuj również inne operatora sieci karty SIM i ich APN do WAP
sprawdzić, czy istnieje różnica (np. może to być tylko twoje
szczególności operator bramki WAP to sprawcy).

A następnie skontaktować się z operatorem sieci obsługi klienta, i poprosić
wyjaśnić, co pozwala na ich bramki WAP i przez co nie,
i dlaczego, i czy mogą one zmienić konfigurację.
