Write plugins for Ubuntu Tweak now

Hi everyone,

The alpha version of Ubuntu Tweak 0.6.0 just got the support of
"Plugins", it means you can start to write plugins for Ubuntu Tweak
now.

And I've finished the first draft of "How To Write the Plugin for
Ubuntu Tweak", the wiki page is here:

It is a very experimental feature, the API may be hard to understand
and not easy to use, please tell me.

There're still a lot of wiki to write, and more core features to be
implemented. Hope the first beta version of Ubuntu Tweak 0.6 will come
soon.
