Awesome! I think if you can just go ahead and start pages, it will help
to encourage others to participate as well. Maybe the top-level sections
could be:

      * Get Involved - details of how to join the community, mailing
        list, IRC channel etc.
      * Documentation - links to docs design for power users (e.g.
        installing other desktop environments, configuring different
        parts of the stack).
      * Help - links to help resources such as this mailing list,
        AskUbuntu, Ubuntu Forums etc.
      * Development - details of how to get involved in development
        projects (e.g. packaging config tools for easy installation).

Think that would work?
