Meetings

Lets get some meetings schedule to organize to build the foundation of
the team and set goals for what we want to do during the Oneiric cycle.

The two question for the group that I have are:
1. How often do we want to meet? I was thinking monthly, unless people
feel we should meeting more often, at least at first.

2. When should meet? Do we want a set time or rotate it to make it
easier for different timezones?

I will look at the #ubuntu-meeting calendar and post some possible open
time slots.
