I think we should really get a meeting going soon. There has been a
lot of activity here and on IRC but I think the team needs some early
definition, focus, and roadmapping.

So, we need 2 things, a time and an agenda. Times are notoriously
difficult to get initially so I will just take a stab in the dark and
see if that works for people. How about 17:00 UTC on Thursday (26th) ?
We can hold it in #ubuntu-power-users if #ubuntu-meeting is busy. Mike
would probably know best how to handle this.

Secondly, we need a pretty focused agenda as I know we're all excited
about this project and could talk for hours on what we think needs to
be done. I'm not sure what the correct namespace would be for a
meeting agenda wiki page but maybe somebody could create one?

I imagine there being agenda items along (but not limited to) the
following categories:

1) Organization of the team (set a meeting time, wiki policies, logo, etc.)
2) Overall team goals and purpose (What is a Power User? What are the
limitations of the team? What are we trying to accomplish?)
3) Long term plans
4) Short term plans (Oneric)

We probably won't get to nearly all the agenda items the first meeting
but it should give a good start and stimulate good mailing list
discussions.

Happy tweaking!
