Boas,

podes copiar o DIR_COLORS do gentoo para a tua home e carregar o ficheiro no ~/.bashrc com o seguinte comando: eval "`dircolors -b ~/DIR_COLORS`"  ou outro nome que lhe queiras chamar, com . antes para ficar escondido...
