Application to join Ubuntu QA

I would like to join the Ubuntu QA team. I am currently a member of
Ubuntu Bug Squad, Bug Control, and Testing Team. I am an Ubuntu Member,
and also QA Lead for Xubuntu. 

As a member of Ubuntu QA, I would be able to coodinate between Xubuntu
and Ubuntu easier. It will also allow for consistent QA, bug triage,
and testing policies in Xubuntu.
