killall NetworkManager in Ub 9.10 and Ub 9.04

It's network-manager, not NetworkManager, in 9.10.  Also, the correct way to 
stop services is (and has been) either:
sudo /etc/init.d/<servicename> stop
or
sudo serivce <servicename> stop

not killall.
