Thanks Jim for the pointer to the Forum. I've never even noticed that
second set below the upper set.

I was able to find posts for all five of the issues I've noticed, some
of which are acknowledged bugs, some of which of work-arounds, and a
couple of which appear to have as yet no solution. I posted where
appropriate.
