Somewhat related to this, I'm curious as to why there is no such thing
(as far as I could find through wiki docs, ubuntuwire, etc.) as the
global piuparts testing that is done in Debian [1]. Is it because
Debian already does it and it would mean duplication of work? I would
hardly think it's really the case considering patches, upstart, etc.
For those who don't know, piuparts is a tool that does the
install/upgrade/removal testing of packages.
