Hi Alexander
There's a thorough explanation on Ubuntu Wiki [1] how to file bugs, but in
general it involves registering a Launchpad account, logging into the
system and creating a new bug report. There are other, more automated, ways
to file bugs, which are all explained on the wiki page. Let us know if you
don't understand how to do it, we'll try to help you with it.
