Remote Desktop Access from login screen

Hello,

I'm having a problem with Universal Client Config Service.
It happened that I was trying the Remote Desktop Access from Ubuntu 
12.10 login screen, I logged on to the Universal Client Config Service, 
I had some days ago inserted a remote server to connect to, but as I 
cancelled the entry I got an error message saying: "Internal server error".
Now every time I logon to the  Universal Client Config Service I get the 
same error on a white background screen and cannot do anything else.
I was thinking to report a bug, but I do not know against what.
Can someone tell me how to report it?
