[Ubuntu-laptop-testing] Join Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) Final Beta Laptop Testing

I would love to help test the latest version. I am running a dual windows
and ubuntu 12.10 boot up. When I upgrade to 13.04 it should not mess with
the windows boot up?
