TestDrive maintenance

Hi Jackson,

I saw this message in my IRC backlog this morning:

to the ubuntu QA team? it needs maintenance and so far whoever is in
charge hasn't done much

I'm quite happy that Ubuntu QA is as excited about TestDrive as I have
been over the last few years!  I continue to use it almost every
single day.  Andres Rodriguez (on CC) and I have maintained TestDrive
together over that time, though neither of us have worked full-time on
TestDrive in some time.

We are, of course, always open to contribution and would welcome any
help with bug triage and new feature development.

Let's see a track record of contributions through bug management in
bugs.launchpad.net/testdrive and merge proposals against lp:testdrive,
and once we have that, Andres and I would be happy to extend
maintenance and commit privileges through the launchpad.net/~testdrive
team.

Does that sound reasonable?  Anything to add, Andres?
