Updating a ubuntu daily test RC image

Hi Vince,

The iso image is only needed if you are re-installing a system. Back in
days of old, I took a test area of 10.04 all the way from 1st iso release
(pre-alpha) all the way to final release. However, as iso testing is to
test if the iso actually installs, having the most up to date iso is needed
for such testing.

Regards,

Phill.
