Rekonq

Ok, I complete the testing session for KDE's rekonq and came to a
conclusion that it is a legitimate alternative to firefox as chromium is to
chrome.

It has a few advantages and on some occasions, it performs faster that its
counterpart. I also has the ability to sync bookmarks with other desktops.

I am putting all the information on my google blog and have it ready for
you guys to read. Also, it would be good this merge this a new package test
case.

PS: Don't forget Nick, we still need another manual and automated testcase
after the official release of ubuntu raring ringtail 13.04.
