Can not add PPA for autopilot

I am exploring this page.

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:autopilot/ppa

This is not working for me.

Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:autopilot/ppa'.
Please check that the PPA name or format is correct.

getting this error.

Please fix the PPA and the wiki page.
