Call for testing - apport snap

This sounds awesome Brian, thank you!

Could you share the source of the snap? I think a good change would be
to rename the app to just cli, so it can be called with apport.cli.
And add an alias so it could get the apport-cli name, but the aliases
implementation is in flux.

Please, send the call for testing to forum.snapcraft.io too. I'm sure
a good number of people there will be interested in giving it a try.

I installed it, and I'll let you know how it goes.
