Call for testing: 23.04 candidate images

Hey Ian!

Thank you for your testing!
The difference between amd64 and the legacy amd64 is the type of the
installer. The amd64 ones, the default, are using our new ubuntu
installer, written from scratch, while the legacy ones still use the
previous ubiquity installer. We offer the legacy installer in case we
miss some features in the new one.
