Oops, sorry - had actually done a bit of work on this myself last month, but
wasn't aware it was drafted and ready for approval (no one has marked it for
review).

I've approved it now.

As for taking care of it, Jeremy Kerr is listed as the overall blueprint
assignee who would be driving this.
