Proposed new release team members

On this specific point, I don't feel I did a very good job keeping up with what 
was going on in Universe/Multiverse last cycle to keep the rest of the release 
team informed at the release meetings and I anticipate having significantly 
less time for this and regular FFe review this cycle than last, so I do 
believe we need to add someone who can do a better job of this.
