P Release - Interlock with other events

The draft of the GNOME 3.4 release schedule was published recently
[1], I added it to the interlock. This time our beta-2 is slightly
better in that regard, it falls into the week of the 3.4.0 final
release instead of the 3.3.92 "hard code freeze" release. Usually the
diff between .92 and .0 is mostly string changes and really nasty bug
fixes (they have to be approved by release team) which we really want
as well. So I think we can make-do with this.
