Issue still observable

Turns out to be a problem with the test script. Will remove the blocks-hwcert tag
873117 <http://launchpad.net/bugs/873117> - Broadcom STA driver from bcmwl-kernel-source should blacklist other Broadcom drivers
This issue is still observable.
