ScottK and I independently spoke to the maintainer, and it seems that
the migration is not complete and not anticipated to be complete in the
short- or medium-time. The best course of action seems to be to revert
to the previous version, which I'm doing now. (Build-)Depends shouldn't
be a problem as the broken version is only in exp.
