New transition tracker deployed

http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/transitions/ is now running
on the new transition tracker code, i.e. ben 0.6.6ubuntu1 from trusty.
Among other things, this gains us:

 * support for Depends: foo:any
 * improved level calculation
 * a better index

The .txt files are currently rather wonky in that they're using the
default architecture list in ben rather than the proper one for Ubuntu;
I'll try to find time to fix this soon.

If you're committing changes to tracker configuration files, please use
the new branch rather than the old one:

  lp:~ubuntu-transition-trackers/ubuntu-transition-tracker/configs
