However, it does say that the only packages you can include in a Remix are
those from the Ubuntu archive and those in TB-approved extension
repositories; and a core characteristic of the extension repositories is
that they do not contain packages that are already in the Ubuntu archive.
From this discussion, it's clear to me that the reason for using a ppa for
this tech preview is that it will contain non-mainline versions of packages
in the Ubuntu archive.
