Call for Participants for Xenial Alpha 1

Works for me. Colin's fixes overall seem pretty good. Looks like there's
some tasksel issues, but this only affects server (who I imagine is not
participating) and Lubuntu alternate images, which we can always not
release if it comes down to that.

Do you need someone to do Checklist Tracking, Adam? If so, I could probably
be coerced…
