Hey Erich!
Basically my opinion is in line with Robie's - from the SRU POV it
feels like something that would make a valid exception, but we'd
probably want to know more details before giving a full +1. Which
doesn't mean the info cannot be gathered in the SRU bug and the
package uploaded to the jammy NEW queue for discussion. We can iterate
on that there.
>From the release-team POV, this of course also feels doable. We'll try
looking at the NEW package shortly and we'll be on a lookout for a FFe
for the inclusion of this package in your images. This all sounds
sensible to me, but I'd appreciate writing that all up in the FFe
(along with the rationale, conclusions of the discussions and plan
forward).
