Upgrades to 25.10 (Questing Quokka) are now live!

Hey folks,

We're happy to announce that the upgrades to Ubuntu 25.10 (Questing Quokka)
are now live!

This cycle also marks the arrival of amd64v3 as an architecture variant --
shiny, fast, and ready for testing. If you haven’t already, I'd encourage
