[Merge] lp:~hui.wang/alsa-driver/dkms-packaging.fixkconfigtristate-newsolution into lp:~ubuntu-audio-dev/alsa-driver/dkms-packaging

All the codec drivers were not built since the Makefile needs 
corresponding Kconfig item to be M, but those items were set to Y in the 
precise, quantal, raring and saucy. So the problem we have seen was the 
codec driver module can't be insmoded into the kernel since their 
version were not match.
