Finally drops gksu completely. Last holdouts were a couple data/ scripts.
There is a slight regression in user experience. When launching synaptic, the user will see that "/usr/sbin/synaptic" needs permission, instead of a nice translation of the name "Synaptic".
But I think it's worth it. Synaptic isn't on the default Ubuntu install anyway, and some flavors will prefer pkexec to gksu.
