This branch modifies the ARM generic netboot build/config of debian-installer to produce images that are complete and useful for NVIDIA Tegra devices. It includes changes to:

* Package NIC modules so that the network works, by doing the same thing as the OMAP4 build/config.
* Package U-Boot boot scripts for Tegra.
* Package the device trees from the kernel build (which were added in the last rev of the kernel package).
* Create a bootable disk image for the installer.
