Review: Needs Fixing

It's not creating social.scope, I think you need:

-scope_DATA = $(scope_in_files:.scope.in.in=.scope)
+scope_DATA = $(scope_in_in_files:.scope.in.in=.scope)


Also it is installing the .la in the package as well.
